My love story began when I was 17 years old. A few years later I married my best friend and high school sweetheart. We have five incredible children, and one amazing daughter in law. They light up our lives.

I am a coast to coast girl. Born in Washington state and transplanted to Maine in my early 20’s. Maine autumns are the best. The coast is calming, and the Maine wilderness vast and peaceful. Sunset hikes are my favorite and nothing beats a Maine snowstorm. I can’t grow a vegetable garden, but my flower gardens are beautiful. I sing all the time. I am not a gifted singer, but I love music and will belt out any song from any time period and genre even if I only know the chorus. I will create my own interpretative dance routines that truly don’t amaze anyone but entertain anyone who will watch.

I am a little goofy and tend to provide comic relief to stressful situations. I don’t take myself too seriously and try to infuse fun into everything I do. I will make you laugh and possibly roll your eyes every once in a while.

I enjoy traveling and have visited nearly all 50 states and multiple countries. Our country is so diverse and worth discovering. Learning about other people and their cultures is enriching and educating. Love is a universal language that transcends cultural barriers.

I have always been an event planner and have been known as the “visionary” since childhood. Obtaining my Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University, I began using my planning skills as a teacher by planning the family and student events. Those were the beginning steps in my journey to becoming a business owner and full time wedding planner. Now with over 20 years experience in the wedding and event industry, I have learned a great deal about people, love, integrity, and the importance of telling each couple’s individual story.
